On 28 October, reports confirmed that Eonmetall Group’s proposed RM273.28 million disposal of approximately 66.03 acres of freehold industrial land in Kapar, Selangor, had become unconditional after all conditions precedent were fulfilled on 27 October. The proposed buyer is WG Malaysia VIII Sdn Bhd. The announcement confirmed the agreement’s unconditional status, not completion of the land disposal.
