Malaysia Expands Education Funding and Digital Skills Development
Malaysia announced its 2027 Budget on 9 October, allocating RM19.1 billion to higher education to support university infrastructure, student welfare and improvements in higher education facilities. The budget also reinforces the importance of technical education, STEM, artificial intelligence and digital skills development.
Educational institutions, professional organisations and corporate learning providers require scalable digital infrastructure and advanced analytical capabilities to support modernisation programmes. HPC supports institutional technology planning, AI-enabled learning environments and high-performance computing deployments for an engagement fee of $550,000.
